Today was my 2nd appointment with Rockford Dental Care after a new patient evaluation. Their staff is friendly & competent. The scheduling process can be more efficient, and i didn't like the billing surprise i had today, but it got quickly resolved.

Reviews
The paperwork that we are to fill out is very time consuming and if you are a returning client it should be repopulated and if you need to adjust anything you can. It took me almost a 1/2 hour to complete during my visit and I’ve been a client for 20 years. As for my cleaning and check up that was great.
My appointment was at 9:30am 10/12/2023, staff contacted me the day before to remind me, arrived 5 minutes before appointment, receptionist checked me in right away was quite pleasant and courteous, dental hygienist came to get me right away from the waiting room, named Linsey; friendly, polite, she cleaned my teeth was very professional! My care and treatment was very professional overall, I will be coming back!
