I have been more than impressed with the team at Ridgeline. Their response time to my many questions has always been more than acceptable and the team has been very professional in every aspect of our relationship. I consider myself a very low value client but I have never been treated like anything but a VIP.
At the end of the day great customer service only goes so far if the accounts are not performing but Ridgeline has also exceeded all expectations on that front as well.
It really has been a win win and I just wish I would have partnered with them 20 years earlier.
