We had a great expereince with the team here. We had to have a mitigation system installed and it was quite the undertaking due to the age and unique structure of our property. When the initial system was installed it came back and radon levels tested too high. It was due to a metal foundation beam and the overall design of the home. It was a really unique and charming home that we had lived in for over 25 years in Orgon, IL which is usually quite high in radon emissions.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They are definitely a scam, unprofessional and lack heavily in customer service. I called in to request service on a noisy vacuum motor that literally sounds like an aircraft at full throttle on a runway. The response was, “SIR THE CURRENT WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT NORMAL IN THIS AREA SO YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH AND BE PATIENT, Don’t SHUT IT DOWN ITS JUST ICE BUILDUP”. I advise anyone not to waste your time.

Don’t use this company it’s a SCAM. We bought a home knowing this company was putting in a radon system and even gave this company to the selling agent. After we closed we saw that they put the pvc on an OLD cabinet that isn’t even sturdy and was being removed and the pvc is crooked. Not pitched the way it’s supposed to l.When I called the owner he was a cry baby because in the world of caller ID I didn’t tell him my name and he didn’t like I was dissatisfied.
