Called and the owner and he explained everything up front. They had an opening in their calendar the next day. Crew was extremely prompt, professional and patient. They were also impeccably clean and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. I cannot say enough good things about RRT. 11/10
Dave is truly exceptional! As a Realtor, I have consistently recommended their radon mitigation services to numerous clients, and they consistently deliver outstanding results. Their commitment to exceeding expectations is a rare and commendable quality in today's world.
It was a breath of fresh air to work with RRT, they were prompt, thorough, and courteous with communications, inspection of the work to be done, and producing a complete, fair, and easy to understand estimate; and their workmanship is first-rate. I highly recommend RRT.
