I don’t know why this company can’t get the insurance info correct. I have corrected my insurance information at least 5 times online and over the phone. WTH is the problem. I’ve talked to people there who promised me that they have removed the old info and here I am with an email telling me I have a balance for a procedure I had in October 2023 because they sent it to the wrong insurance company. Every time I have a procedure I have to deal with this nonsense. Radiology Consultants is doing a disservice to their customers by using this company. ?

Even though my services were covered, and even though my insurance carrier contacted Rockford Radiology to tell them so and started an internal investigation. They STILL continue to harass me with numerous emails while, refusing to acknowledge my coverage.I am dealing with a serious health issues and this has been so stressful and do not want to continue my care!! Disgusted and fed up!

Has sent me to collections for $56 that I’ve provided my insurance to them 4 times and they can’t seem to get it billed correctly to BCBS ppo. The rep just admitted that the attachment they sent with the claim for processing wasn’t accepted which isn’t my problem. What a nightmare billing system they have.
