I’ve been taking classes here since 2016 and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Tami works well with all skill sets but I think she is particularly good with newbies. She’s also excellent at working around physical limitations and/or injuries by coming up with appropriate modifications. One of her trademarks is crafting the plan for each class around the skills and goals of the students in the room that day.

Tami is truly the best yoga teacher around. Her classes are affordable, inviting and she has the ability to teach to all skill levels. So many people think that yoga isn’t for them, because they’re “not flexible” or “not thin” (reasons my friends have told me, previously) there’s a place for everyone in yoga and Tami makes it accessible and educational. Her cueing is top notch, and her years of experience enable her to help students modify the asanas if they have physical limitations or issues with pain. Love this place! It really helps with my chronic back pain. Tami is the best and very supportive and knowledgeable. Very involved with teaching and making sure you’re doing it correctly. If you want a great yoga studio to learn get there!
