Namaste Studios offers a place for peace and calm. Tamara Kaye, Yoga Instructor, meets you where you are. She has the ability to guide you based on your flexibility and your current strength level. Yoga is a life-long practice, so there is no hurry. Tamara Kaye has been a Yoga Instructor since 2003, a Qigong Instructor since 2007, Registered Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® practitioner since 2012, Singing Bowl Artist since 2014, and is the founder of Be Present Meditation.

Love this place and it's owner. A reason to visit Rockford.
