I had an appointment with MD J Wang at 8:45am and I didn’t get seen for a long time, very unprofessional; she was talking on the hallway laughing and gossiping while patients were waiting on the rooms. The actual consultation was less than 10 minutes but they made me wait for almost an hour, I had to wait for them to stop fooling around to actually do their jobs. I would advice to not have her since she does not care about patients and their time. I have a life too and I can’t just sit around and do nothing until they decide it’s ok to do their jobs. Oh! Called internal medicine on 8/31/23 at 11:00 to get an appointment, after the Dr called me @ 10:40 to inquire about a prescription refill. Deb the receptionist said tomorrow at 10 is available. I said,” I will take it” she then stated I need to wear a mask. “No problem”. When I arrived 9/1/23 with my mask on, I was told my appointment was 8/31/23. “No, I called yesterday” Well we can see you. The Dr who was suppose to be my Dr had moved on so I saw who was available. Where has the customer service gone? Treat people how you want to be treated, a little common courteously and respect will take you places.

They are very caring in the pediatric office My daughter has asthma and they make sure they care for her as far as for the other units I do know they are nice to when you come in and you need directions for a department they are very courteous and friendly
