I have a GSD and Husky, both 100 lbs. that were overdue, they look fantastic upon pickup, prices are fair and they give you options (nails, shampoos, etc), the communication process is great with automated reminders. Friendly staff and an owner that knows animals well, very highly recommended with all the groomers in this area.
Kelly has groomed our dogs for years (I'm ashamed I haven't thought to do this sooner). I don't trust my dogs with anyone else. She does great work and is a genuinely good person. She became a friend through the years :)
They did answer when I called and took my dog in right away ...They did cut her on the leg and never said anything to me that was very wrong .....That's my dog and I left her in your care next time if there is a next time be up front and honest with me that you cut her .....zi will be watching that for now on ...Not happy
