Another Jiffy Lube location did not install my skid plate correctly and caused it to hang, catch the road, get bent and destroyed while I was on the highway. Currently driving across the country so could not afford to wait to get it replaced. Called this location to see if they could remove it. I was in and out in under 5 minutes with no charge. Thanks guys I appreciate it.
