I’ve been a customer for years and I have always been impressed by the positive atmosphere, pleasant staff, and attentive haircuts & styling. I’m a forever client! Not to mention, there’s often great coupons and deals on great hair products too!

Went to JcPenny salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Had my hair cut by Eddie. He really knows what he is doing and did an amazing job. He listens to what you want and does a very thorough job. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Kylie did my hair and brows for me and got me looking like a whole queen! I love her attention to detail and how much she truly cares about her clients. 11/10 I recommend Kylie to all my friends because I know she won’t disappoint!!!Services: Haircut
