As a business owner I have never been treated so unprofessional! We used their IT serves for 5 years and decided not to renew our contract because the rates increased by over 300%. Impact made it next to impossible to transition our IT services to another provider and then turned off service at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon… real classy! Rockford is a small big town and I’ve lived here for over 50 years, a bad reputation and PR travel like wildfire and you just burned down any credibility you had with our firm and staff.
