As a business owner I have never been treated so unprofessional! We used their IT serves for 5 years and decided not to renew our contract because the rates increased by over 300%. Impact made it next to impossible to transition our IT services to another provider and then turned off service at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon… real classy! Rockford is a small big town and I’ve lived here for over 50 years, a bad reputation and PR travel like wildfire and you just burned down any credibility you had with our firm and staff. Bad integrity, character and no professionalism. 👎

WORST COMPANY EVER! They sell you on a service. They will tell you anything to close the deal like you don’t have to pay during detail Design of software but their 3rd party DE LAGE LANDEN doesn’t get the memo and bills you AWAY! Their accounting department is TOO LAZY to apply the payments to the correct account! SUPER FRUSTRATING! MISLEADING!
