Had Rich come.out to see if I could get a grounded outlet installed in one of the bedrooms my older home. Was honest and told me it would be quite costly and a big deal. Fixed an outlet for me while he was here. Was affordable and efficient!

Rich was quick to respond and came over to assess my failing Generac power system. Taught me the basics of operations and some maintenance tips.Very knowledgeable of everything electrical! I have to say that I have used Rich & Mike for all of the items listed in the services performed. I have never been dissatisfied, very timely and Very easy to work with. There have been many projects that have had challenges as remodel goes, but they always get things sorted out and in the end the customer is always happy.
