I just moved to Rockford and needed to find a clinic close to home. First appointment was wonderful everyone is friendly doctor explained everything she was doing felt very comfortable with everyone and everything. Being new to the area wasn't sure what to expect great experience all around
Had my first appointment at this clinic and was quite pleased with it. Everyone was professional and friendly. I left feeling that the NP had listened to me and gave me her full attention. The coordination between the NP and medical assistant was excellent. Front desk staff were personable and helpful. The lab technician was equally as personable and competent at her job.
I went as a walk-in for a calf injury and my PA-C was Keith Campion. He was real nice and professional, explained his diagnosis in detail and what options I had to care for it.The wait time was reasonable, and the intake staff were very helpful in correcting some paper work for me. It seems a lot of people have had a bad experience here but I have no complaints about the people I interacted with. It was on a Friday around 5:30p.m.
