About Crusader Community Health
Crusader Community Health is a clinic with mostly friendly and professional staff who are pleasant and competent. The medical staff is accurate and responsive to patient needs. The facilities are very comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe, with good parking. They are suitable for all audiences and wheelchair accessible. The clinic includes a pharmacy inside. Appointments can be fast, with efficient service that has patients in and out quickly. Staff members speak Spanish and other languages, responding in a friendly and clear manner to resolve questions. However, experiences can vary. Some visits require seeing multiple doctors for a diagnosis. Isolated incidents involve staff being in a bad mood, rude, or inconsiderate, with one report of a room not being cleaned between patients. While the overall visit is often excellent, prompting referrals, there are occasional negative interactions.

Wow, I'm glad I didn't look at the reviews first, because I had an amazing visit at Crusader Clinic on West State on February 28th. I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor and our local walk in clinic is not the best, so I decided to make a trip to Crusader even though I live an hour away. I arrived a little before the noon hour, checked in with the people at the front desk where they took all my info, was in the waiting room less than 5 minutes, got into the exam room where vitals were taken, discussed with the nurse practitioner Traci DiGvonni what was going on, she listened, did an exam, gave a diagnosis, ordered labs, gave me a prescription and sent me over to have blood drawn, which was in a nearby office in the same building. I was out of there within an hour. Every person we encountered was pleasant, professional, and competent. The building was clean, quiet, safe, parking is good. Yes, we still had to wear the ineffective masks but my entire overall visit was excellent. I have already referred friends here.
Went to the walk-in today the nurse practitioner that was in the walk-in clinic was rude and very inconsiderate as I was trying to explain to her what was going on she rolled her eyes and said I need to go to the ER that she couldn't help me ..without doing anything at all she just knew they couldn't help me ...it's either one of two things it's Friday and she wanted to go or she is racist .....I was made to feel less then a ham by this lady
