Correctly diagnosed my PC when it wouldn't turn on, gave me great advice on parts and how to assemble correctly to avoid future damage or mistakes, very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's talking about.
Great experience. I took in a handheld gaming system I purchased at Best Buy. Everything they told me at Best Buy was wrong. I started having issues with it right away. I took it to two other places before hand, none got it right. Alonzo was very detailed and helped me understand what I purchased and what my options were. He got it running great and explained to me in detail how to navigate it better and accessories I could purchase for it to preform better. He’s very knowledgeable and does not take half measures. He will make sure he gets it running to its best of its abilities.
Took my desktop to Alonso a few days ago. He was able to diagnose all of the problems with it, installed a new hard drive, and was able to help me out with a few more issues that I wasn’t aware of. Great service. Great price. I will return.
