Richard at Rockford Carpetland really took the time to listen as to what we were looking for. He suggested a lot of good options. He took the time to get to know us. He always called us when he said he would and he followed up with us when the job was done. Also, the installers, Edgar and his crew were awesome. Called before they came, came when they said they would. Never stopped until the job was done. Moved furniture before and after, they were VERY polite and cleaned up everything before they left. Great service. Would definately recommend.
