Charlie saved our butts this Holiday weekend, thank you Charlie and Black Diamond. You’re the only ones that answered and you came through. Got our water back on and operational for us. Thank you!
Fourth of July weekend, no one else in the area answering their “24/7” phone lines, well pressure tank supply line burst and flooded part of my basement… one call to Black Diamond and they answered immediately! Charlie came out to us with a smile on his face ready to help get our water back on and we’re so thankful! Thank you Charlie and thank you Black Diamond!
We had Nick Br from Black diamond plumbing & mechanical come out this morning to help with a leak in our basement. He arrived so quickly and was really nice. He found the issue that was our water softener and he fixed everything. We are very happy with his work and the company. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
