I went to my basement to put some clothes in the washing machine and found water on the floor with a spray of water coming from a pipe. I called Black Diamond and they understood the emergency and shortly their plumber arrived. Michael H was polite, efficient, and a born educator. He replaced the spouting pipe with a copper one (I was delighted with that) and answered questions I had about the temperature of the new water heater I had had installed in September (not by Black Diamond).
