Dr. Oltmanns is the best, along with the rest of the staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful and makes me feel comfortable even through difficult times. You can tell the staff really cares for all animals and want to help the best they can. The staff at CareVet go above and beyond to help your pets and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has pets. This is the best vet I have ever taken my dog to, hands down!
Provided quick compassionate care. Very kind and helpful. Our dog Brian had been having seizures and our current vet wasnt super concerned when we called 445pm on a Friday since they were closing. We brought him in on Saturday morning & he needed to be put to sleep. It was very dignified for us & they made the experience hurt less. He seemed to not suffer what so ever during the process. He closed his sweet eyes. 😪
The ENTIRE staff was amazing. Lilith had the best time, even if she didn’t like getting her shots all that much. She made sure to give hugs to apologize.
Back on topic…. Dr. Oltmanns was kind, informative, and more than happy to have a new patient. Tristan & Alyssa (I could be wrong, I apologize) were the best techs I’ve interacted with in a long time. Even the receptionists were wonderful!!! I won’t lie, I only remember Brenda’s name because that is also my mom’s name. But even while doing their regular tasks and not interacting with a client, their faces were warm and open. The entire staff looks like they actually love their job.
