First review was taken down. I won’t name names but the director level management is bad. I was hired on in December only to be fired 5 months later. I was told it was because my numbers were the lowest. I was promised training, no training happened. My offer letter literally said professional development plan but that didn’t happen either. My manager would set meeting up only to never show up, then make excuses about not having a training plan bc he’s doing other more important bids that bring in revenue.
