We just replaced our furnace and A/C units. Jeff, who is super nice, made sure everything was set up and that we had the best possible price for our needs. The gentlemen that did the installation were professional, polite, and fun. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. I highly recommend Allen Heating & Cooling!

Ryan H. came to my home today to do a "clean and check" on two furnaces and two air conditioner units. He was professional and seem to take pride in his work. He explained what work he completed and answered my questions about possibly replacing an A/C unit in the future. Thanks Ryan for doing a great job for us today.

Let me start out by explaining that my husband has stage 4 COPD and is on oxygen 24/7, and I have MS, which does NOT do well in the heat. So, going without AC for 2 weeks was pure hell. Because of the Canadian fires/smoke, we could not even open the windows. Here is the kicker...the Trane HVAC unit is under warranty.Allen Heating and Cooling replaced the motherboard, then the blower motor, then the micro chip that talks to the motherboard and blower motor. Still wasn't working. The only thing left to replace was the wiring harness. The owner of Allen called the factory to explain everything they had done and asked for the wiring harness they had in the display model on...read full review
