I went in with extreme anxiety from some past issues that gave me PTSD. I also have medical anxiety from a stroke a few years ago. Being put under for 3 teeth extractions had me shaking in my shoes. The nurse/tech was so understanding and nonjudgmental compared to some other dentist I completely blew off because of lack of understanding. Yes, I avoided getting my teeth pulled for a whole year, if you have PTSD and anxiety, then you’ll understand. She walked me through the whole process and assured me all along the way. For some reason I can't give 0 stars. The worst office I've ever been to. They managed to mess up her authorization for insurance multiple times so that I was left scrambling to get it approved before her appointment. Then when we get there find out they never gave us the form for her medical clearance and ended up rescheduling anyway.

The staff was courteous, pleasant and proffessional. The office was clean, well kept and comfortable for the short time I was there.Most of all, they were patient and helpful in getting my loved one's needs taken care of, and navigating her special needs. Stuff happens, and through it all, our needs were met without a glitch. Thank You
