I worked there for probably a couple years and they sent me out to a lady‘s house that had no running water no running plumbing no refrigerators running or anything and that is inhumane. I told my boss and she argue with me and it ain’t like you gotta do a lot for all you gotta do is pick up her mail and get her groceries but she just had this little refrigerator thing. She had nowhere to go to the bathroom no running plumbing or nothing. It was disgusting and here she had two amities I wouldn’t recommend him to work for work there they trapped me unfairly they went on what people called in and said about me, which was here they’re the worst company I ever worked...read full review

I been here 4 years ever since they switched to Rockford there horrible they never find me clients so unprofessional never return your calls this is a agency that suppose to care for elderly people and they never answer the phone they take forever to get back to you literally the worst

I was hired and went to orientation and a month later I still had not one client. I called and emailed and I had two people reach out and had them tell me about a possible client. Once I accepted they said they would call me back with details and never did. They tried to give me clients out of town when I told them I wanted to stay local. I’m not sure how they hire people and just have them sitting with no clients and income.
