“I have been going to COW for many years and I keep going back because they have a great staff and everyone has always been pleasant. I am taking a star away only because the last 2 or 3 times I've been there I feel I've been cheated of time. My appointment was for a 45 min massage but I got taken back to the room 14 mins late and the massage ended after 31 mins of actual massage ( I was clock watching to see if my suspicion was correct). She did a great job but I was there for one specific area, told her that, but after a while when I knew the end was coming up I reminded her to please get the spot I came in for. She spent maybe 2-3 mins there and then it was done, when really I should've had 10-15 mins left. I prepaid so I just let it go this time, again.“
