⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service During a Heat Wave! We cannot say enough good things about A-Snap Heating and Cooling! From our very first call, the woman who answered was incredibly empathetic and kind, understanding how worried we were about the upcoming heat wave. She took the time to talk us through different equipment options and what would work best for our home. When Matt (the owner) and his team arrived—on a Sunday afternoon no less—they were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed why our old system had failed and explained everything in a way we could understand, including how to keep our new furnace, AC, and water heater running efficiently for years to come. In just a few hours, they tore out all of the old, broken equipment and installed our new units with impressive speed and care. They even went the extra mile to talk us through considerations for our upcoming basement remodel, making sure we had the right plan for new venting. Not only did they do exceptional work, but they also cleaned up everything—leaving our space spotless. Their expertise, honesty, and kindness truly set them apart. If you’re on the fence, don’t be.
