After having a water leak that had caused damage to a few of my rooms, I chose A-1 Restoration. After meeting Jeff the owner I knew I picked the right company to do the job. This leak came and a very bad time in my life, I was going through health issues and also have a senior dog going through health issues and with him not able to go or be carried upstairs, we had to have the work be done around us. A-1’s crew were sensitive to my special needs. They were very professional, kind and considerate. This team truly made this miserable experience very bearable. A1 did an amazing job restoring our main floor after a water leak. They removed a significant amount of subflooring and tile and replaced it with the new flooring we chose throughout the entire space- including many closet spaces and underneath all of our appliances. The quality of the work was excellent, and the finished result looks beautiful.
Communication throughout the project was great. A1 was easy to reach and kept us updated every step of the way. Jeff responded back quickly when we asked him to come out for a quote and he was very on top of keeping up with changes to the estimate.
