Got to use the gym for the day staying in hotel near by. Great gym with tons of equipment. I had trouble getting in with the hotel key card. I called the number on the door. The guy who picked was a super cool dude and got me right in the gym. I would be a member if I lived in the area!
I’ve been going to this gym for about a month now and I’m so glad I decided to get a membership here. Not only is it affordable and perfectly on my route to and from work/home, but they really meant it when they said “the friendliest gym in the QC”!! The staff and the members are so nice and encouraging, and I really think that’s actually motivated me more to go to the gym every morning! There’s plenty of machines and free weights too! Highly recommend this place!!
This gym is the one I frequent the most everything you need and absolutely amazing people who workout there. The owners are especially nice and it's cheap. I've been going for 2 years and it feels like a home from home never had a bad time at either location.
