I worked here as a teen, many years ago...counting/assembling ribbon orders. I have previously had positive interactions with them. I bought a flag pole and a few sets of flags through the years. Today I went to replace my two flags, damaged in the wind storm. I was ignored for 25 minutes,as employees walked by . I guess I'll do my business with Amazon, rather than supporting local industries.

I bought a 20' flag pole from Regalia. I buy all my flags there as well. They are very nice people there. I love their products. If they don't have a specific flag they can order it for you. They sell other things as well.
