Kim was recommended by a neighbor and I noted all 5 stars on his website as well as BBB! So how could I lose? Well, I could not be happier!!! My windows sparkle, and the screens are nearly invisible. My windows are old corroded combination windows which do not come apart and posed a time consuming challenge. However Kim and Jerry worked until each was spotless.
