I am sensitive to hot/cold and have little feeling in my feet. I relayed this to the technician who did my pedicure and she was so gentle and took her time with my pedicure. Very professional and kind!
I have been coming here for a few years. I rarely make an appt., and usually just walk in with the knowledge that I may have to wait. I have never been displeased or made to wait very long at all. Dan and Paula and all of the staff are courteous, professional and fun if you want it to be fun. I have gotten a few of the different pedicures, always with gel. My toenails look great, well into almost a month later. The price is right and I enjoy it every single time I go. I don't know how some of these reviews, say the things they say as far as cleanliness and safety. I think it's the cleanest and most hygienic nail salon I have ever been to in Rock Island or Moline. I recently moved to RI and have been searching for a good nail salon, as I'm very particular. Hip Nails is literally two minutes from my house, but I had read the low ratings and so I hadn't tried it yet . After trying several other places & not liking any I asked a couple Illinois friends where to go and they said Hip Nails and to ask for Dan and Paula. My daughter and I easily booked our mani/pedis with them for the very next day. They took us on time, were gentle and thorough. We are both so happy with how good they did! This is our new place!
