The first time I met Dr. Mento he said to me that a drop of water creates a ripple. He knows what he’s talking about! I’ve never had such effective treatment. This is the first time I’ve been to a chiropractor that hasn’t “cracked” my neck. After the first treatment I felt such a huge difference. I've been to a number of chiropractors in the QC area but struggled to achieve the wellness and performance I had with my previous chiro before moving here. Harmony has met my expectations and more over the last 6 months and I couldn't be happier with my experience there

I'm 53 yo and have had migraines since I was a child. In 2017 I had neck fusion and started having vertigo. I've been to 3 chiropractors and to vestibular therapy twice, but it didn't seem to help.
I've been coming to Dr. Mentos now for about 3 weeks and I can not believe the difference in my symptoms since my first atlas adjustment. My brain fog decreased significantly, I don't have debilitating neck pain and for the first time in a very, very long time I feel fantastic.
