“Ruben came to help with an electrical switch problem which was a lose wire causing issues. On time and so very pleasant. He let me know right away, as did the gentleman in the office that I talked to, that the problem would be fixed, so don't worry. Reuben fixed the issue , and changed light bulbs in fixture to ones I wanted in the fixture also. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and such a pleasant and kind person. Pizano fit me into their already busy schedule. I am new to this area having moved from Loves Park il to East Moline but I can certainly say that I have found the company and staff that take time to do a great job, care about their clients and are prompt.
