After several tries I was able to establish contact with Sarah. They (Sarah and Seth) removed our 32 year old very heavy Casablanca fan and replaced it with a new Hunter. They showed up at the appointed time and did a very professional job. I would use them again in a heartbeat.I loved the fact that the job had a fixed cost as set by Lowes and Angi.
