Reviews
I have interacted with at least 3 different people, by phone, text, and in person. each time, it was like contacting a caring neighbor. I trust them - I appreciate them - and I will ALWAYS choose Koehler for anything electric❣️
I called my home warranty department to put in a work order, and Kohler wasted no time at all with reaching out to me within minutes to schedule someone to come out. I had a great experience with Austin. He answered all my questions, very professional attitude and polite. I liked the part where a supervisor Joe reached out to me to address any concerns. Great service & outstanding customer service. Thank you Kohler
