No optometrist on site right now but customer service was great from start to finish. The accepted my prescription from the vision venter at Walmart and my state insurance through meridian. The glasses I got were even cute and up to date style not just basic wire frames.

I've been going here for years, My children also and I highly recommend Bard optical. The staff is wonderful and so is the eye doctor. I'm on Meridian and they have a great selection and if I didn't like something or they didn't have the frame that my insurance would pay for..(then they have affordable frames that I can purchase out of pocket)When you walk-in, they greet you with a smile and friendly service.

Everybody was very friendly and didn't rush me. The Dr was friendly and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions and concerns. So happy I chose them. Am definitely recommending them to anyone I can. Thank you for caring about your patients
