Dr. Hanlon was so gracious, taking time out of his day this Holiday weekend to meet me at his office to check my eye. I am so VERY thankful he did, and made sure everything was OK, even writing a Rx for meds. Very pleased with this (and every other) visit.

I stopped in to tell them the problem I was having with my eye. They got me in less then two hours later. Dr Hanlon found the problem and ordered an antibiotic for me. He is also following up next week with me.

After having an awful experience at an old eye doctor’s office I had been to for many years and always felt unwelcomed at in general, I started coming to Northwest in Lanark! Dr Coy has been extremely patient with me. I’ve gone through several trials, I’ve lost count, probably 6-8 different sets. The staff is always very friendly and reassuring that I’m not an idiot, and they’ll work hard to get me in the right contacts! Specifically, at the call center I remember Alli off hand, I’ve spoken with her several times, and I believe also a Stacey (?) and possibly a Dani? I can’t recall, but I believe it was a D name!
