Zach came 2x. We both agreed the 1st time the toilet seemed fine after he put some wedges under it. He asked if I was sure and I said that I was. I should've listened to Zach and tried it to make sure...I went to use the restroom and it still was leaning. Zach came right back out and completely fixed the issue and it was no charge. Zach with B&D Supply came the same day I called not once but twice within minutes of my call. Good company and with Zach being the face of B&D for the customer...he did an amazing job. So respectful. Kudos to Tim Lilly and his crew, Matt and Aaron, for the professionalism and expertise shown when installing my new central air unit. Having been retired from the City of Rock Falls where I interacted with Tim and Bill Lilly in years past, now being on the other side of the counter so to speak; it's my pleasure and honor to see how Matt and Aaron worked as a team to install my unit all within a few hours. Tim and Bill should be commended in having dedicated and knowledgeable employees who do enjoy their work.

B&D came to me within 20 minutes of calling them and had my furnace fixed for a reasonable price in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and kind respectful service tech! Thank you. I highly recommend these guys!
