William Newkirk prepared my tax return this year. When speaking to William one of the first things I told him was I wanted make payments on money owed to the IRS not pay in full. He said that was fine and I needed to sign a Power of Attorney so he could get into my account online to set it up. I wrongfully assumed everything was fine until this morning when thousands of dollars were taken out of my account by the IRS. When I called to talk to William he told me there must of been a misunderstanding, there was nothing he could do about it now, and tried to put the blame on me. Facts are facts. Bill Newkirk is the only place my family gos to do our taxes. A family run professional business with multiple offices! Thanks for the awesome service these 10 plus years! You took the pain out of what many may say is not a fun experience of paying to play in this great Country!
