The driver actually got to me pretty fast. He was very nice and professional hooked up to my car and took it to the Firestone repair shop that i asked for. Over all i am pleased with the service and would use them again.

My daughter drove into a ditch during a bad rain storm. Called Jonny's and was told driver would head out right then. Driver showed within time dispatcher said. When driver showed up he was very polite. He explained how the vehicle was positioned in the ditch that cosmetic damage is likely. He then pulled vehicle from ditch with zero mechanical or cosmetic damage to vehicle. Not to mention the whole time it was pouring rain. He had a great attitude the whole time. The driver had outstanding customer service skills, very knowledgeable, and a great attitude. These are difficult traits to find in people today. I believe he is an asset to your company. Jonnys Towing moved our beast of a mud truck from Rochelle to Rockford for A fair price. The truck had no steering and gave the tow truck driver a difficult time . He did the job very well and kept a smile on his face with a great attitude even on a cold Saturday morning . I would recommend them to anyone !
