I had this home built in April of 2005! I moved in on Sept 05, 2005. I've always been an extremely busy person,so at first I used Trugreen for a few years and then got even busier. I'm a retired Illinois State Trooper, Canine Officer assigned to The TSk Foece which they now call SWAT. Being in a specialized Unit,a lot of Training constantly, besides, having a 95 pound German Shepherd,required even more work because when I retired so did my dogs.A lot of work way more than a family pet.I had been doing my own fertilizing, and seeding,but I went back to true green because they are so excellent in taking care of my lawn.My dogs never had a problem with the yard because,I didn't let them on it untill it dried,so I felt my pet's best interest by true green was always there. I love cutting the grass but I don't miss all the seeding and fertilizing. Thank you Truegreen for making my lawn so beautiful....

Called in late Friday and he was willing to take time out of his day on a Saturday when his shop was closed to make me a boat key. Took about 45 min, but he knocked it out of the park. William Newkirk prepared my tax return this year. When speaking to William one of the first things I told him was I wanted make payments on money owed to the IRS not pay in full. He said that was fine and I needed to sign a Power of Attorney so he could get into my account online to set it up. I wrongfully assumed everything was fine until this morning when thousands of dollars were taken out of my account by the IRS. When I called to talk to William he told me there must of been a misunderstanding, there was nothing he could do about it now, and tried to put the blame on me. Facts are facts. I would not have had to sign the Power of Attorney for him to access my online account if I was just paying the money owed outright. I signed it for him to go in and set up the payment arrangement. An unexpected several thousand dollar expense was hit. Do not trust this firm with your finances.
My 27 year-old furnace all of a sudden stopped working on a Sunday in January when it was very cold. Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling were able to supply me with electric heaters to use until they were able to install a brand new furnace. The new furnace was in stock and ready to go in very short order. Two great hard working guys (Jack and Jordan) installed a new furnace and they were very friendly and accommodating. Great to have a business like this in our local community. I’ve been using them for 27 years when my house was built and they were the ones that installed the original furnace.

If you plan on taking your little girl here- expect her to be treated like a PRINCESS. I was so humbled with how sweet the staff was to my 4 year old. They pampered her with candy, water, and even played Disney music. I was also extremely satisfied with my pedicure as well! Highly recommended.

I was truly blessed by Colonial Flower Shoppe for making me the most lovely flower arrangement ever for my mother's celebration of life luncheon. It exceeded all my expectations. I requested a white pitcher for the flowers, and they gave me one with beautiful, happy daisies on it. The bow was exactly what I asked for, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I actually cried when I saw the arrangement, knowing my mother would have loved it! Thank you a million times, thank you, Colonial Flowers! I am a loyal customer for life! :)
