I got my eyebrows laminated and tinted. I was nervous about the process but Shanti answered all of my questions and made the process super comfortable. William Newkirk prepared my tax return this year. When speaking to William one of the first things I told him was I wanted make payments on money owed to the IRS not pay in full. He said that was fine and I needed to sign a Power of Attorney so he could get into my account online to set it up. I wrongfully assumed everything was fine until this morning when thousands of dollars were taken out of my account by the IRS. When I called to talk to William he told me there must of been a misunderstanding, there was nothing he could do about it now, and tried to put the blame on me. Facts are facts. I would not have had to sign the Power of Attorney for him to access my online account if I was just paying the money owed outright. I signed it for him to go in and set up the payment arrangement. An unexpected several thousand dollar expense was hit. Do not trust this firm with your finances.

Called in late Friday and he was willing to take time out of his day on a Saturday when his shop was closed to make me a boat key. Took about 45 min, but he knocked it out of the park. I was truly blessed by Colonial Flower Shoppe for making me the most lovely flower arrangement ever for my mother's celebration of life luncheon. It exceeded all my expectations. I requested a white pitcher for the flowers, and they gave me one with beautiful, happy daisies on it. The bow was exactly what I asked for, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. If you plan on taking your little girl here- expect her to be treated like a PRINCESS. I was so humbled with how sweet the staff was to my 4 year old. They pampered her with candy, water, and even played Disney music. I was also extremely satisfied with my pedicure as well! Highly recommended.
