An appointment was set up promptly and upon meeting Gary, everything positive that has been said was proven true. He was a hoot to learn from as he did a thorough inspection of the house, along the way he was kind enough to explain some of the findings right then and there along with suggestions for solutions. I learned a significant amount about the things I should be paying attention while house hunting. Afterwards, his report was just as thorough as his physical inspection of the house.
