Had a propane leak at our home, Amerigas wouldn't fill our tank due to the leak. Tom came out at 6pm , with supplies ready and tools in hand. He had my issue fixed in less than an hour. I've seen his craftsmanship 1st hand and it's impressive, but for him to show up after hours for an emergency job on a minutes notice , that speaks volumes.
