Was able to get my cat in right away in an emergency situation, and they were willing and able to deal with a very frightened semi feral cat. Tailored her care plan for her situation (cat allows limited touching, can not be pilled, etc). Followed up promptly afterward with test results, and worked with me to find a plan for a less stressful return visit.
This was an excellent healthcare facility with great vets and healthcare professionals for my dog, Coco. The knew how to handle her cautious nature. She is a 90 lb Rottweiler-Pitbull mix. We will keep coming here! Everyone was so excellent and I highly recommend it!
Very attentive and friendly from staff to doctors, a first impression is everything and they nailed the s#it out of it!.... felt more then comfortable taking and leaving my doghuman to be cared for and or treated here ????
