Once I entered friendly staff greet you these two employees on Tuesday, July 29 really friend their names Rickeya, Jaelyn they were helpful first Jaelyn helps me checking the price of my cologne I wanted to purchase next Rickeya was friendly but also helpful for the reason she helped me with my account of Ulta and they both made me feel welcomed to the shop while other shops just aren’t that helpful but these two employees were very helpful and friendly

So i stopped in this location today around 11am to see if they had my regular foundation the too faced and unfortunately they did not i was extremely overwhelmed with all the options and a employee a girl with glasses stepped in to offer me help and provide me with options and I have to say I AM INLOVE with the fenty foundation and the shade she helped me pick out! I will recommend this store to everyone she was super sweet i didnt get her name because i was in a hurry but thank you to the girl who helped me pick out a foundation today at 11am it looks absolutely amazing i received so many compliments and I will def come back to try some other options she recommended!

I believe she was the manager if she wasn’t please make her the manager. Her name was Amber or something with an A. I was looking for the drake cologne for my husband for Father’s Day and it was Sold out so i was looking for other options. She ended up finding one in a random spot and I’m so happy she went above and beyond for me. Thank you for your help and fantastic customer service. Many blessings to you .
