I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to the outstanding customer service. The two managers, Amber and Mani, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. They truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. I regret that I forgot one of their names, but both were exceptional and deserve recognition.

I don’t understand how a new location is this messy and has so many things out of stock. There were employees just standing around and looking at the mess instead of cleaning and taking care of it.
