thank you Dr. Peacock and the whole staff. They helped today when I had a back spasm I needed immediate relief because I could not miss work. Everyone was really nice and very professional and the whole process including x-rays was very speedy.

Excellent visit under the circumstances. Needed to go to this location due to persistent cough for two weeks. Everyone in the office provided outstanding customer service. The two receptionist were polite and efficient. The Doctor I saw was professional and concerned. The X-Ray technician was careful and concerned.I would highly recommend this location for your immediate care needs.

Brought 4 yr old in for flu symptoms after exposure to RSV.. had a wonderful experience from check in to leaving. The MAs and nurses were so kind and attentive. There was an error with sending the prescription to the pharmacy and the dr called us after closing to get the name of a 24hr to resend to. He also called the next morning to make sure we got the medication. Very grateful for the care everyone gave!

Came to this location for a stomach bug however after a med student checked me the doctor Dr. A Nadeem came back and offered me an ekg and I decline I said I only had a stomach ache he said well you are 50 get check things are not the same. Sent me to ER only to find out by staff he had sent me for heart pain. I never mentioned heart pain . Worst doctor ever!

Sucks they only have one facility and most of the time they’re always packed. The hours doesn’t match online times which they need to update .

I have visited this Urgent Care for some time now and it never changes front desk service are very uninterested. Give you such attitude .Some of the doctors seem to be checked out .Visited the clinic yesterday very sick doctor came in as if she just got out of bed Very dry Very uninterested.. did two test on me which came back negative which was great RSV and the flu but did not test me for Covid did not recommend me anything but to take over-the-counter cough medicine. . Gave me her opinion of a diagnosis, actually a prognosis to me. Should have took the drive over to advocate good Samaritan, where I’m from to get properly diagnosed and get some help. Loyola you gotta do better .

I've been with Loyola for many years and just started a new job therefore my new health benefits had not kicked in yet. Loyola has been able to help me every single time I have been there except for once and that was for a muscle related issue that they dont have the ability to do testing for. UTI, rashes, Co id, colds and flu's they are fantastic with. Its clean, Dr.'s are very thorough & offer great advice and follow up with almost everything. The only issue that I have had is the receptionist is awful. There is a really nice one and an awful one that is just rude and nasty every single time I have been there. They really shouldn't keep someone like that and I mention it every time I'm there, but maybe she is good at her job other than checking patients in???? I am not sure. That is The ONLY reason I'm not giving the. 5 stars. Dr.'s and nurses are really helpful!
