What a true gift Elizabeth is! She can get deep into my tight muscles but masterfully knows when to back off & switch to a lighter touch. She is so knowledgeable & has shared some valuable insight with me that has given me the ability to help my body heal even more. Thank you!!
Such a delightful experience! I went because of my neck pain and the treatment was amazing. My neck has felt significantly better since. I went for physical therapy this whole summer and it had not felt this good. Highly recommend!
This was my first visit for a massage with Elizabeth. Her space for comfortable, calming and beautiful. The massage was just what I was looking for to sooth muscles that had become tense with the work I do each day. She works deeply but in a gentle way, making sure along the way that I was comfortable and that the pressure was enough but not too much. I would highly recommend her!
