I have been visiting Dr. Fox and company for close to 15 years now and 2 generations of pets. They are fantastic. Community focused compassionate people. I’ll never go anywhere else for reasons that are not easily articulated.

Dr. Govic is so caring and compassionate! I had been struggling to find a vet who would give my sick rat the time of day. They don’t live horribly long lives, and thus, vet visits seem silly to some. Dr. Govic got my boy in the next day and was so accommodating and kind in answering all of my questions. She made me feel like his little life really mattered to her, which made all the difference. Highly recommend Richmond Vet Clinic!

We have switched all four of our Labradors to Dr. Govic, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. This clinic is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that every single staff member is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly loves what they do. The level of care and attention our dogs receive is unmatched. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong focus on patient education — they take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you feel confident and informed about your pets’ care.
