Friendly, very helpful. The home we purchased has a koi pound and literally no info on how to maintain it. Went to Keystone Hatcheries, hubby asked a question, and soon, he got the help he needed.

Aquatica found a leak near my waterfall and moved in some gigantic boulders to add a little more interest to my pond. These guys really know their stuff. Very professional and couldn't be nicer!

Had some trouble with this year due to a missing email/ not received. Almost didn't receive any of my fish.mike the owner called and was able to scratch enough fish together for my order. They even let me get the fish on a Saturday when they were not there. Drake bagged the fish up for us and did a great job.very helpful and friendly.
