Care was impressive, but billing department is pathetic. Red Bud Regional was paid in full through Medicare and Medicare Supplement, yet they continue to send statements with a balance due. Called their billing department in early December, 2.5 months after date of service and they told me I had to send EOBs showing that nothing is owed. Upon pushing back telling them that they have the EOBs, they agreed. They do have the EOBs and nothing is due. Was told it would take 7-10 days to clear in their system. Fast forward over 30 days and they continue to send statements with a balance. Called their “off-shore” (their description, not mine) billing department again. Same... read full review

Nick is the best.He is really patient and takes his time with your therapy.He doesn't push you to the point where you go home in extreme pain.I highly recommend Nick for therapy.

They have a small room that organizations in the community can rent. We have a monthly board of directors meeting that I am a member of and this is where we meet. The staff is so friendly, and it has a private area for meetings. They have the traditional breakfast spread with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Being a hospital they also have oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt. The community is always welcome to stop in for a meal, and the prices are reasonable usually $5 or less.
