Care was impressive, but billing department is pathetic. Red Bud Regional was paid in full through Medicare and Medicare Supplement, yet they continue to send statements with a balance due. Called their billing department in early December, 2.5 months after date of service and they told me I had to send EOBs showing that nothing is owed. Upon pushing back telling them that they have the EOBs, they agreed. They do have the EOBs and nothing is due. Was told it would take 7-10 days to clear in their system. Fast forward over 30 days and they continue to send statements with a balance. Called their “off-shore” (their description, not mine) billing department again. Same... read full review

We are getting physical therapy right now for my grandmother who fell and broke her hip and had to have surgery. Whitney has been coming out to help her with PT and has been so great. She has been getting stronger quickly, and I think a big part of that is working with Red Bud Home Care.
